Hello!
Welcome to the FINAL day of Blogmas!! I actually can't believe that I managed to blog every single day haha.
To end, I have decided on a scroogey post, and I have done this "anti Christmas" eye makeup look. It's basically just me going back to my emo days and using a load of black eyeshadow.
I also took these photos at like 9am, so please forgive the lighting haha.

First of all, I used my fave of all time, Substitute For Love from the Zoeva Cocoa Blend Palette in my crease. Obviously, I don't want a full black eye look, I wanted a bit of a warmer gradient in the crease.

Then I took Naked 2 from the Naked Basics Palette.

But then I wanted a bit more of a deeper brown, so I took Faint from the same palette. I don't even know what this angle is lol.

I put Nyx Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk all over my lid, and blended it around my crease, although I didn't want a particular "cut crease"

Then I put Crave from the Naked Basics Palette and kept blending and blending until I was happy.

I did a wing, of course, and then lined my water line. Then to smoke it out, I took Crave and smudged it under my lashline.

I used Primark Pink In Excess Liquid Lipstick.

And there we have it! I'm super annoyed at the blending in this, I dunno, the black was just so hard to work with, I literally kept blending it all through the day because it just kept going back into a block...

But this is it! The end of Blogmas. I hope you have a lovely Christmas, and I will continue with my normal schedule in the new year (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)

We've all been there. Today and tomorrow, spent rushing around the local town and/or shopping center in a desperate search for last minute presents that you've either forgotten or just haven't bothered to buy yet. I'm feeling pretty smug, because this is usually me. But this year, I have done the unheard of, and I finished my shopping early. Yes, it felt amazing.
But for those of you who haven't got anything yet, don't worry, I got you. Here are a few ideas, that should be accessible on most high streets/in most shopping centers.
And even though I say these are "last minute" gifts, I still think they're really great ideas, and I love it when I receive them!

You can never go wrong with a good pair of socks. My favourites are always from with New Look or Primark.

Who doesn't love a good bit of choccy? You can either go all out and go to somewhere fancy like Hotel Chocolate or maybe Thornton's, or you can do what my Dad does: he gets me a HUUUGE block of my favourite chocolate and I love it and eat it within like a week haha.

Bath bombs are simple, sweet and relatively cheap if you only want to spend a few pounds but want a nice looking present. Lush also have loads of gift sets too if you wanted something that was a bit more put together, and they come pre wrapped - bonus!

Gift cards are amazing presents, especially if you buy them for the person's favourite store! I picked out 3 of my faves, and a bonus with Amazon is you can email a gift card if you remember someone you forgot at 11:30pm Christmas Eve, or if the person you are buying for lives far away.

Get them some of their fave alcohol! It is Christmas after all.

If you're super duper stuck. then pop some money in a card! That way you know you haven't gone wrong with a present faux pas, and they can buy something they really really want. Like I want a new tattoo.....

Last but not least, you could give them a hug, and hope that you look as cute as these foxes haha.

See you tomorrow for the final day of Blogmas!

Hello hello hello!
Welcome to day 20!!! Only 5 days until Christmas, and I am totally in the party mood, so I came up with this look! I literally didn't even go to a party though, I just went to the pub with my friends and i felt so extra but I LOVED it. And I've been doing pretty simple makeup the past few days so I wanted to do something a lil bit more.

Firstly, I took Buon Fresco from the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance palette and put it in my crease.

Then I took Red Ochre (which I've been dying to use) and put it in my crease line and blended it up.

I took a pencil brush and put Love Letter through my crease. Even though some got on my lid, it's okay because...

I cleaned it up with the Nyx Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk. I used this to give a nice light base to the lid shades.

I took Pretty In Paris from the Sleek Vintage Romance palette on my finger and put it in the inner half of my eyelid.

Then I took the Nyx Hot Singles in Hot Red and buffed it into my outer corner. This came out a lot pinker than I thought it would, I think this was because of the white underneath, I intended it to be a bit redder haha, but I liked it! I then blended it out a bit more than in this photo, and also blended the crease in until I was happy with it,

I put some black liner in my waterline. Then I took Red Ochre and drew it under my lower lash line and then sort of flicked it out and down my inner corner. You can see in the picture haha, I'm so bad at explaining, and it was literally a split second decision haha.

Then I took the Nyx Face and Body Glitter in Ice and filled in the gap between my lashes and the red line, you can't see it so well here :(

I then used Charmed from the Nyx Velvet Matte range on my lips to continue with the red/berry theme.

Also, I got this top from H&M and I love it so much!! It's given me some serious 90s vibes haha.

Thank you for reading, and I hope you enjoyed this look. I will see you tomorrow!

Hey!

Today I am going to show you some reeeaaallllyyyy easy Christmas nail designs. Like I mean, so easy. They're just for if you're feeling a bit of extra nail art for the festive season, but you're like me and very bad at nails haha. I've done 5 designs for 5 fingers on each hand lol. I haven't put which nail varnishes I used because they're all pretty common colours, but most of them are probably Kiko or Barry M.

First up is Santa's Belly (yo Lush what's up?)
So I painted my whole nail red, and then drew a black line across the middle of my nail to make the belt.

Then I took this light gold shade, but any gold or yellow will work, to make the buckle of the belt.

Then I put a tiny bit of black in the center of this to finish off the buckle/belt situation.

The second nail I painted white.

Then I took some gold sequins (or you could use glitter, I just like the chunkiness of the sequins) I put some clear varnish all over my nail, and then pressed the sequins on top with my finger, and made sure they were nice and flat.

On the next nail, I painted it a dark blue.

Then I took a silver glitter varnish and first put it onto a wedge makeup sponge, like one of those you can get in a pack from Superdrug, and then dabbed the sponge onto my nail. This means you get waaaay more glitter payoff! I kept the glitter to just at the bottom by the cuticle, so you can still see the blue at the top. If you're wondering, I put PVA glue around my nail and waited for it to dry so when the varnish/glitter went outside of my nail, I could just peel it off.

The fourth nail I did, i took a very vey pale blue, like it looks almost white tbh, which would also work. I then just painted some red stripes to look kind of like a candy cane effect.

Last but not least, on my pinky finger, I used a pinky/rose gold metallic nail varnish. Then I just took a metallic silver and put some dots on there. I think this is the most simple one, but it still looks christmassy cause of the metallic colours.

I hope you enjoyed these, they are really easy, trust me because I am the worst at this stuff. I actually ended up doing all my nails in the blue with silver glitter because I fell in love with it haha.

See you tomorrow!

Hey there!

Today I (finally) have my Christmas Lush Haul! I was originally looking at doing a total Lush collection, but I have so much stuff, it's nearly impossible! I will keep working on it though and hopefully it'll be ready in the new year :D
But for now, Christmas!! It's officially one week until the 25th and I am so excited! And I plan to take as many Christmas bath's as possible haha!
I took these photos on 3 different days, so they will look a bit different, and the ones with a flash were taken before I had my flash gun, so I used the in built flash that's why they might look a bit harshly lit. I have a range of bath bombs, bubble bars, shower, soap, lotions and potions, so let's get into it!

Bath

First is Shoot For The Stars. This is honey scented, but has no actual honey in it, so it's Vegan! And the stars are actually bath melts so they're really good for the skin. The smell of this is just so warming and comforting to me, and really does make me think of a Christmas starry night!

next up is Mistletoe. This is broken, hence why it is in the clingfilm. I wrap all my bath stuff in clingfilm because it saves more space than the bag, or if I've ordered online they aren't wrapped at all! I don't know how I feel about the smell of this one, it's rather odd, although it's so strong that I left it in my car overnight and I could still smell it a week later!

This little apple is called So White, and it's a very crisp, fresh apple scent. I used this with the Santa's Belly Shower Jelly, which I didn't manage to take a photo of before I used it (I used it like the same day I got it and somehow mamaged to use the whole thing in one bath, boo).

Look at this cute lil guy! I actually got two of these Peeping Santa's cause I forgot I had one and bought another!

Next is Never Mind The Ballistics. This is half bath bomb, half bath melt, so it's really good for the skin. It's a very strong citrus smell, and not at all Christmassy to me, but it still smells so good and refreshing!

This Snow Angel is actually a bath melt. The bottom half if covered in gold glitter, it's super messy! The smell of this is great, but I'm not keen on the colour in the bath, it kind off looked like wee to be honest.

This box of joy is Golden Wonder. If you go into a Lush shop and see this, be sure to give it a shake! I LOVE the dusting on this, it's such a gorgeous colour.

Of course, I got a Candy Mountain. This is one of my all time faves from Lush, and I wish it was available all year round! (Even though there's Creamy Candy, but I like the design of this too haha). It shares its scent with Snow Fairy so it's that gorgeous sweet bubblegum smell.

Next is the redesigned Northern Lights. I've never had this in previous years (surprisingly) so I made sure to get some this year! I haven't used it yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing all the colours in my bath.

Look at this!! I didn't even smell this when I bought it, I just got it because it's a dinosaur in a santa hat: a Santasaurus. I really want to try it, but I also don't because I don't wanna ruin it :(

I got a Magic Wand, of course, due to its Snow Fairy scent. I also got a Magic of Christmas Wand, but I used it already hehe.

The final bath thing I got was the Father Christmas Bath Bomb. This too has the snow fair scent, and I used it with Magic Wand, Snow Fairy and Rock Star Soap. It turns the water green which is pretty cool!

Shower

Firstly is this Elf on the Shelf Fun. This can be used in the bath, shower and hair, I wasn't quite sure which section to put this in really haha!

I got the Twilight Shower Gel, which is a gorgeous lavender smell. I really like using this to make bubbles in the bath (you can use the gels as bubble bath) because it's so relaxing! If you want to super chill out and relax, try a bit of this with the Blackberry Bath Bomb and Ceridwen's Cauldron Bath Melt.

I, of course, got a Rose Jam shower gel. I really love this, I have adored the Bubbleroon since it came out, and I needed it in shower gel form! And the smell of roses stays on you aaalll day.

Does this need explaining? I got a 500g of Snow Fairy because I love it so much. I was gonna get a 1kg bottle, but I dunno... Maybe. I think 500 might just be enough you know!

To go with the shower gel, I have the Snow Fairy Body conditioner. Using this with  the shower gel will ensure you smell like a bubblegum princess all day long!

I also got the Bubbly Shower Gel, but I keep it at my boyfriends, and I got Ponche, but gave it to my Nan.

Soaps

As soon as I smelt this Shooting Stars Soap, I knew I wanted it!! It's such a nice fruity smell, I'm in love. And it's my favourite colour haha.

Next is Santa's Post box. This is a satsuma/orange smell, but it's not overpowering. I'll probably use it with Never Mind The Ballistics and see how the scents mix!

The last soap I have is Igloo. I wasn't sure about this at first, it's slowly growing on me. We shall see.

Face and Body

I looove this Sleepy Body Lotion. It's that same Twilight smell, so it's full of lavender. I like using this before I sleep because it's so relaxing.

This is actually quite a strange thing, it's the Papa Noel Face Wash Jelly. It's in the shape of a Santa Beard. I haven't used it yet, I'm not sure I like the smell to be honest, and I think the texture of it might feel really weird on my face haha.

Last but not least, I have the Fairy Dust Dusting Powder. Of course, this has the Snow Fairy scent again. It's a pink powder and is full of glitter! I love it so much, it brings out my inner fairy :P

I also got the Sugar Plum Fairy Lip Scrub but I can't find it to take a photo!!

I hope you enjoyed this post, and maybe a few last minute present ideas in the lead up to Christmas!
