Hello!

Today I was thinking about how I'd love to be on a beach right now, drinking cocktails until the sun came down... Wouldn't that be nice?? And it inspired me to do this sunset eye look, which is possibly the closest I'm going to get to a beach sunset for a long time. A lot of the products I used in this are from NYX, I'm really loving their stuff, especially now it's more accessible in the UK!
I hope you enjoy!

First of all, I put the NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk all over my lid and set it with powder. This is so the vibrant colours will show up better on the white.

Then I took Butterscotch by NYX and ran this through my crease.

I used LOL by NYX also in my crease, and somehow just ended up dragging the two colours really far up, which wasn't intended, but I worked with it!

All across my lid, I used the red shade from the W7 Neon Nights palette.

Then I worked on just trying to blend that harsh line of yellow you can see here along my brow bone.

Then I winged out my eyeliner, as per.

I put a black liner in my water line, and then I used Kiko Infinity Eyeshadow in 277. I wanted blue along the bottom to represent the sea, you get me?

Then I used some of the Collection Glam Crystals in Funk in my inner corner, because why not? I wasn't sure whether to do this, the look was completely fine without it.

On my lips I used NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in Transylvania (very hard to build up, but you'll get there!)

And that is the finished look!

I hope you enjoyed this post, and I'll see you next time!

Day two in Holland was a lazy one for us, we just sat in and watched films on Netflix all day. On day three however, we went to Schutterspark, and had a walk around and a bite to eat at the cafe. Afterwards, we stayed at Kirsty's aunts house until it was time to move from her one cousins house, to her other cousins apartment. The apartment is decent sized, and has a balcony too.
I can't get over how "modern" and different Holland is to England, and the different views on things, especially weed. In Holland, people are allowed to grow 5 marijuana plants in there back garden, which is absolutely crazy. There are bicycles everywhere, along with bike lanes on all the roads and the drivers are absolute maniacs sometimes, but they're not as bad as the drivers in Athens! Tomorrow we have a wedding to go to, which I'm looking forward to as I've never been to a Dutch wedding before.

So today was the first proper day in Holland. We left the house at 1am yesterday morning to catch the ferry at 6am, but it was delayed until 7:40am! I didn't sleep until we were on the ferry, and then I slept through most of France and Belgium too. We got to Holland at 1pm local time. I met Kirsty's Dutch family, who are completely crazy, but have made me feel really welcome. I even tried a bami, which is spicy noodles in breadcrumbs and it was lovely. Kirsty and I are staying at her cousin's house, and we fell asleep pretty quickly last night.
Today we went to Heerlen and we did some damage to our bank accounts. I bought the best thing ever though, a pink jumper with unicorns all over it! I also got some harem trousers, which are really comfortable, and a "You Can Sit With Us", which for anyone who doesn't know, is a play on a Mean Girls quote. I also bought a black leather hair bow to go in my hair, all from H&M. Then Kirsty took me to a shop called Action, and I bought some letter cubes that say "Dream It, Do It" with a star inbetween, which I think will look great by my bed. In the evening, we went to a football match that 2 of Kirsty's cousins were playing in, and we took silly selfies, and Kirsty's sister, Megan accidentally pulled some of the pitch up. I also drank tea from a clear mug which I found really weird and I don't know why. I'm really looking forward to tomorrow, so I will see you then!
